The problem we kept seeing
The information exists. It just lives in people.
Advertising, fabrication and printing companies run on jobs. In almost every one we have worked with, the same thing goes wrong.

What exactly do you do?
Three things. We build custom web applications around a process a business already runs. We provide IT services: hosting, maintenance, security, backups and migration. And we handle design work, from websites and branding through to print ready artwork. Alongside that we publish two ready made products.
How is a custom project scoped?
We start with a call to understand the process as it actually runs, then quote against that rather than a wish list. Work is delivered in stages, with one working piece in use before the next is built.
Why do the two products focus on advertising and fabrication companies?
Because that is where they were built and proven. In job based businesses the same failure repeats: order details, production status and material purchases live with individuals rather than in a system. Both products exist to close that gap.
Can we buy just one product?
Yes. Each is sold as its own deployment, branded to your company. Many clients start with one and add the second later.
What does it take to run and maintain?
Both products run on PHP and MariaDB on standard cPanel shared hosting. No server administration, no SSH and no container platform. Updates ship as numbered migration files, and branding and permissions are changed from an admin page rather than in code.
Do you take over an existing system?
Often, yes. We migrate records out of spreadsheets and older systems, clean up the data on the way in, and take on maintenance of applications built by someone else.
