We only receive information you choose to send us, for example when you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or ask for a quote or demo. Data inside DSR and COT

When we deploy a product for a client, that product is a separate installation branded to the client, running on the client's own hosting. The business data inside it belongs to the client and is governed by the service agreement for that deployment, not by this website policy.

Service providers

We use standard hosting and email providers to run this site and communicate with you. They process information only as needed to provide those services.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed for the relationship and our records. You can ask us to update or delete information you have sent us by writing to the address below.
